1. Generous Commission Splits! We don’t have office space that you wouldn’t visit anyway so our overhead is low which allows us to give you more of your commission.

2. NO FEES! We don’t charge desk fees, technology fees, marketing fees, closing fees, or any other kind of “baggage” fees at all.

3. Clients, Clients and more Clients! We advertise a lot and average over 50 registrations per week through our website.

4. Great Technology! We will provide you an iPad upon your first closed transaction. We will teach you how to run your business with no paper!

5. Flexible work hours! We don’t specify you hours. We want you to work hard, but when you do it is up to you.

6. Continuing Education. We want you to be great. We will provide in house and outside training events for your continued growth.

7. Steady cash flow. Maybe you didn’t get that STEADY CASH FLOW! Our tenant representation business gives you opportunity to earn a consistent check.

8. For any agent you bring into the organization, you receive a portion of the money they bring into the office. It’s really simple and can earn you “passive” income. This is not based on “profit” but on gross income and it is completely verifiable.

9. Voluntary participation in the firm’s Real Estate Investment fund that purchases rental properties. Build a lasting financial plan with us!

10. Fun and energetic colleagues. We work hard and play hard. We also don’t want you to sell your soul to your career. We encourage family time and rest. Name your day off and we will leave you alone that day.

Here is what we ask of you:

1. That you be a full time Real Estate Professional. While we don’t set your hours, we have no interest in having Brokers who do not work in Real Estate as their career.

2. That you have an impeccable reputation. If you have had your Real Estate License disciplined, this is not the place for you.

3. That you provide Prompt Client Follow up. We are client-centric and want people who buy into our 5 Star Pledge.

4. That you are willing to work with renters. Renters are the future of this industry and many eventually become buyers. You are more than welcome to work with buyers too, but everyone in our firm is required to work with rentals.

5. That you have experience or an education. While we don’t have required secondary education, we will not take on Brokers who have no education or experience. This will be evaluated on a case by case basis based on employment history, but expect we will want a college degree or 3-5 years professional experience in Real Estate or related field.
