1. We pledge to be better communicators!
We pledge to return all emails, phone calls, text messages or inquiries within 2 hours during business hours! We are open 10am to 7pm Monday through Thursday and 10am to 4pm Friday and Saturday. We often return communications during non-business hours too! We know this is a fast paced business and fully embrace that aspect.
You choose the communication method you are most comfortable with whether it be email, phone, text, Twitter, Facebook, or any combination thereof and we will get back to you! We won’t text and drive.
2. We pledge to be completely honest!
There are times we are going to have information that is not fun to share. We will share it anyway. There will be times we don’t think you are making the best decision. We will let you know. There will be times we think you can get a good deal. We will help you save. There will be times you need to pay more. We will be upfront. We work for you and will do what is in your best interest even if it costs us money. That is just the right way to do business.
3. We pledge to be better listeners!
We work for you, not the other way around. We will listen to your needs and respond to your questions or concerns. We won’t force you into a mold or push an agenda.
4. We pledge to have better technology!
We are continually updating our website, tools, applications and communications to make real estate easy for you. We use iPads and electronic forms so you don’t end up with a million sheets of paper, we use e-signature so you don’t have to take time out of your schedule to sign the deal unless of course you want to meet us, and we have online property information that is intuitive and stylish. Technology is good for the environment and good for our clients. We will make the necessary investments to have the best way of doing Real Estate!
5. We pledge to never stop learning!
We are committed to keep up with housing trends, zoning laws, investment strategies, and other best practices. We spend thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours learning how to do Real Estate better. The result is a firm that will get you great prices, great returns, great housing, that doesn’t waste your time or money. We want to be smarter than the competition and have better execution.
